Set your property up for long-term success with our expert rate and revenue management services. We'll access your PMS to analyse your current rate setup and performance, then develop a tailored revenue, yield, and distribution strategy for the next 12-18 months. Upon approval, our team will implement the strategy, ensuring your rates are optimised and channel distribution is effectively managed. This leads to increased revenue, reduced operational costs, and lower wage expenses.
COST FROM: $2,500 + GST per property (dependent on number of categories, rate periods and rate types required)
Maximise your revenue with ongoing support from our Virtual Revenue Manager. In addition to digital marketing, Revenue Creatures provides monthly management of your revenue strategy and yield within your PMS. Our service includes regular communication, rate adjustments, setting up specials, and weekly revenue meetings. 3.Revenue and yield management - Virtual revenue manager
TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS DISCLAIMER
While Revenue Creatures is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services, certain technical factors beyond our control may impact the execution of services. These include, but are not limited to:
• Third-Party Platform Restrictions: Issues such as the inability to link Facebook and Instagram accounts, restrictions or downtime on Meta Suite, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms.
• Website Functionality: Challenges related to the client's website platform, such as access limitations,
outdated systems, or compatibility issues.
• Unforeseen Technical Issues: Situations like account suspension, API changes, or outages on advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
In such cases, we will:
• Promptly notify the client of the issue and propose alternative solutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate with the client's technical support team or third-party providers as needed.
• Suspend or adjust services temporarily if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Responsibility for Resolution:
• Any costs or delays arising from resolving technical issues will be discussed with the client.
• Access to accounts, platforms, or support teams is the client's responsibility to ensure smooth operation.
Unforeseen technical challenges:
Rates are subject to adjustment in the event of unforeseen technical challenges – charged on an itemised per hour basis. For example, when swapping PMS or revenue software systems and there is a connectivity issue that require trouble shooting.

COST: Approx $500-$2500 + GST per property
* Subject to adjustment in the event of unforeseen technical challenges – charged on an itemised per hour basis. For example, when setting up the edm module in RMS your DNS settings do not validate, and several attempts are required then an additional hourly cost maybe charged.
