Digital Business Audit
Based on the findings from digital audit, we can recommend rate enhancements within your existing Property Mangement System to make you more money! We are fluent in RMS and Newbook. These can range from simple things like adding a single night supplement, or charges for extra guests to internal dynamic pricing set-up or a full Multi Bar set-up strategy (in RMS).
We can set up your rates annually or as a one-off, giving you the flexibility to manage your weekly rates yourself—or leave it to us!
Rate Strategy
We offer the full service of weekly meetings to discuss the pace of your revenue and occupancy. We will also stop sell/open up availability, reduce or increase rates as required.

Distribution to OTA’s
